Our Summer Workshops Were a Hit This Year!

ZINK: THE LEGEND, THE MYTH, THE ZEBRA

Directed by Natalia Borja is an amazing play for kids 9-14. This award-winning play by Cherie Bennett is about true courage in the face of unpredictable predators. Imaginative, funny, and sad, it's the story of the relationship of Becky, a lonely pre-teen girl with leukemia, to her guardian-angel herd of zebras on the African savannah.

BEDTIME STORIES (AS TOLD BY OUR DAD) (WHO MESSED THEM UP

Directed by Penny Chin, is a hilarious play where it's Dad's turn to tell his three rambunctious kids their bedtime stories. But when he gets fuzzy on the details, the classics get creative: a prince with a snoring problem spices up The Princess and The Pea, The Boy Who Cried Wolf cries dinosaur instead, and Rumpelstiltskin helps turn all that pesky gold into straw.

SONGWRITING FOR COMEDY & IMPROV for ages 12-18.

Ever find your kid hanging around writing song parodies to their favorite songs? Think maybe you have a future Weird Al in the making? Rachel Sullivan, resident creative songstress, will challenge campers for a week of parody songwriting and improv. She will teach them the basics of starting their very own parody – rhyming, meter and more!
